All original packaging, tags, labels, and accessories (if any) are intact.

The exchange value is based on the billed amount of your original purchase.

How to Initiate an Exchange
Contact our Customer Support team within 3 days of receiving your product.
Share your order details, reason for exchange, and any supporting information (such as photos).
Our team will guide you through the exchange process and provide return instructions.
Return Shipping Policy
For defective, damaged, or incorrect items, NepSpecs will cover the return shipping costs.
For exchanges due to personal preferences (such as a change of mind or wrong size selection), customers are responsible for return shipping charges.
Inspection & Approval
Once the returned item reaches us:
Our quality control team will inspect the product to ensure it meets the eligibility criteria.
If approved, we will notify you by email or phone and proceed with your exchange.
Product Availability
If the same product is available, a direct exchange will be arranged.
If the item is out of stock, we will offer you:
